Pelvic Floor Stretch and Strength: A Series

For the past two Sunday mornings, I have been going live on Momunity’s FB page to bring you information and exercises on how to restore your pelvic floor muscles. The pelvic floor muscles are vital in maintaining core stability, urinary and bowel continence and holding up your pelvic organs. In this video series, I talk about the importance of the mobility of the pelvic floor and how utilizing our breath we can increase the mobility. I also discuss and demonstrate different stretches that will help mobilize your pelvic floor. Next week, I will teach exercises that can help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and incorporate it into your exercise.
